During the first half term we will focus on settling your child into the pre-school environment, please be aware that this sometimes takes time and every child is different. All staff including your child’s key person will help to settle your child and give lots of support and encouragement. Once your child has settled your child’s key person will complete observations and assessments on your child’s learning and development, this will be completed whilst your child plays. From these observations and assessments your child’s key person will discuss your child’s progress with you and together next steps of your child’s learning will be devised.
